HowAttractiveAmI (howattractiveami.me) is operated by Ye Fang Yao, an individual based in the United Kingdom, who is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

• Measurement and rating tools (attractiveness test, PSL, symmetry, face shape, canthal tilt, pupillary distance and the others) analyse your photo entirely in your browser. The photo and the measurements are not sent to us.
• AI Analysis tools (such as age, skin or color analysis) upload the photo you choose to our server and to an AI model provider to produce your result. The tool tells you this before you upload. These photos are deleted within 24 hours and are not used to train AI models. We keep the text result (for example your color season) so you can reopen it; it does not contain your photo.
• AI Makeover tools (glow-up, hairstyle try-on, face studio, age filter, plastic surgery simulator) upload your photo when you tap Generate and send it to an AI image model provider. Your photo and the generated images are deleted within 24 hours and are not used to train AI models. Soulmate Sketch does not use a photo.

• Your email address if you sign in.
• A device cookie and your IP address, used to run free limits and prevent abuse.
• Order records (pack, amount, date) if you buy credits. Card details go to the payment provider, not to us.
• Paid reports you unlock, so you can open them again from My Reports.

• To provide the tools and reports you ask for (performing our contract with you).
• To run your account, credits and refunds (contract).
• To prevent fraud and abuse (our legitimate interests).
• To keep financial records (legal obligation).

We do not sell your data.

Photos uploaded to AI Analysis and AI Makeover tools, and generated images: up to 24 hours. AI Analysis text results (no photo): kept with your account or an anonymous device ID so you can reopen them; ask us and we delete them. Account and credit records: while your account exists. Order records: as long as tax law requires.

• Cloudflare: hosting, storage, email delivery and security.
• Neon: account and order database.
• AI model providers: receive photos only for AI Analysis and AI Makeover tools, only to create your result.
• Payment providers such as Stripe: process payments.
• jsDelivr and Google Fonts: deliver the face-model code and fonts to your browser, which shares your IP address with them as with any website resource.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States, under standard data protection safeguards.

We use necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to run free limits per device. We do not use advertising cookies.

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the site (clicks, scrolling, page views). Clarity only sets its analytics cookies if you click Accept in the cookie banner. Text you type is masked, and your photos and results are excluded from recordings. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
