Terms of Service

HowAttractiveAmI (howattractiveami.me) is operated by Ye Fang Yao, an individual based in the United Kingdom. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the operator, and "you" means anyone who uses the site. By using HowAttractiveAmI you agree to these terms.

The site measures facial proportions from photos and turns the measurements into scores, ratings and descriptions, such as an attractiveness score, PSL rating, face shape, symmetry or canthal tilt. Measurement tools run in your browser and do not upload your photo. AI Analysis tools send your photo to our server and AI providers to produce a result.

Results describe the geometry of one photo. They are for entertainment and self-improvement, they are not a judgement of anyone's worth, and they are not medical, psychological or cosmetic-surgery advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.

• Photos of yourself, or of another adult who has agreed to be rated.
• Do not rate, compare or share results of people without their consent, including in Face Battle.
• Do not use results to bully, harass, shame or humiliate anyone.
• Do not try to get around our limits or security, scrape the site, or resell the service.

See the Content Policy. We may refuse requests or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Basic results are free. The full face report (230 credits), detailed AI analysis (20 credits) and AI Makeover images (priced per tool on the Pricing page) are paid for with credits, sold in one-time packs at the prices on the Pricing page, in US dollars. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals. Credits do not expire, cannot be transferred and have no cash value. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

Failed reports, analyses and image generations are refunded in credits automatically. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days. See the Refund Policy.

Measurements depend on the photo: angle, distance, lens, expression and lighting all affect them, and some values (such as pupillary distance or jaw angle) are estimates. Do not rely on them for medical decisions or for ordering prescription glasses without checking with a professional. How scores are calculated is explained on the methodology page.

We try to keep the service running, but it may be unavailable at times. We may change features, scoring or these terms; the date above shows the latest version. If a change materially affects paid credits you already hold, we will tell you by email.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in another country, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of where you live.
